CreatorValet distributes mp3-gapless-v2.wasm, a compatible rebuild of
wasm-media-encoders 0.7.0 with unmodified LAME 3.100.

The wrapper enables the standard Xing/Info frame and exposes
lame_get_lametag_frame. Below 64 kbps it uses ABR with identical minimum,
maximum and mean audio bitrate so the metadata frame can use its full size.
The audio frames still use the requested legal bitrate. Decoder delay and
padding remain in the standard LAME tag. MPEG-1 requests below 32 kbps use 32.

The legacy mp3.wasm and its SOURCE.txt are retained for already-cached
application code. New code requests this distinct filename to avoid reusing
the old immutable WASM response.
